1. Introduction

Welcome to Faith’s Beauty Spa & Well-being Clinic.

By booking with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These guidelines ensure a professional, high-quality experience while protecting both you and the business.

2. Booking & Confirmation 🖤

A 50% deposit must be paid within 48 hours to secure your appointment.

Card capture is mandatory for all bookings and will be used in the event of a no-show.

All appointments are personally reviewed and confirmed by Faith.

If your deposit or required information is not received on time, your appointment may be declined or delayed.

3. Consultation & Patch Testing ✨

All clients must complete a consultation form before their appointment.

Some treatments require a patch test 24–48 hours in advance.

If consultation or patch test requirements are not completed, your appointment may be postponed for your safety.

4. Payment Terms 💳

We accept cash, card, and bank transfer.

Remaining balance is due at the end of your treatment.

All fees are processed in GBP.

Card payments may include a small processing fee.

5. Punctuality & Delays ⏳

Please arrive 15 minutes early to enjoy a relaxed start to your treatment.

We aim to stay on schedule, but should delays occur, you will be notified promptly.

For mobile bookings, please allow up to a 30-minute delay due to traffic.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling 📅

Minimum 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or amend your appointment.

Changes made within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge.

7. No-Shows 🚫

If you fail to attend, the card on file will be charged.

8. Refund Policy 🪙

All completed treatments are non-refundable unless a proven fault occurs on our part.

With required notice, your deposit may be transferred once to a future appointment.

Cancellations within 48 hours will result in the deposit being lost.

9. Health & Safety 🤍

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or recent procedures.

To maintain a calm, safe space, children and additional guests are not permitted unless agreed in advance.

10. Feedback & Aftercare 💛

Your satisfaction matters. If you have any concerns following your treatment, please contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue professionally.

11. Data Protection & Updates 🔐

We comply with GDPR when handling your personal data.

All records are stored securely and confidentially.

Terms may be updated when necessary. Continuing to use our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
